In cases where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or on its operation.

Legal basis of the treatment

The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User in the event that one of the following conditions exists:

• the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions, the Data Controller may be authorized to process Personal Data without the User's consent or another of the legal bases specified below, as long as the User does not object ("opt-out") to such treatment. Place

The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For more information, contact the Owner.
The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. To obtain further information on the place of processing, the User can refer to the section relating to the details on the processing of Personal Data.

The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or constituted by two or more countries, such as for example the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

The User can check whether one of the transfers described above takes place by examining the section of this document relating to the details on the processing of Personal Data or request information from the Data Controller by contacting him at the details indicated at the beginning.

Storage period

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed.
• Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.

When the treatment is based on the User's consent, the Owner can keep the Personal Data for longer until said consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Facebook permissions requested by this Application

This Application may ask for some Facebook permissions which allow it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to collect information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows this Application to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

Allows the application to retrieve the actions posted by all applications that use the music action.

'news.reads' actions

Allows the application to retrieve the shares posted by all applications that use the 'news.reads' action.

'video.watches' actions

Allows the application to retrieve the posted actions from all applications that use the 'video.watches' action.

Custom user actions

Allows the application to retrieve actions published by another application, as specified by the 'app namespace'.

City

Provides access to the city indicated in the User's profile.

Sharing

Sharing instead of the User.

Birthday date

Provides access to birthday date.

Usage data

E-mail

Provides access to the User's primary email address.

Contact email

Allows access to the User's contact email address.

Age range

Provides access to the User's age range.

Ad management

Provides the possibility to manage advertisements and call the Facebook Ads API on behalf of the User.

Management of comments on the Page

Allows you to create, edit, and delete comments posted on the page.

Management of Instagram statistics data

Allows you to access statistical data of the Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page. It also allows you to discover and read profile information and media content from other company profiles.

Manage Instagram content

Allows you to create, delete and hide comments on behalf of the Instagram account linked to a Page. It also allows you to read media content and public comments where a company is "tagged" or mentioned using the "@".

Provides access to insight data for pages, applications and domains that the user owns.

Instagram basics

It allows you to read the information and media content of an Instagram account profile.

Interests

Provides access to the User's list of interests.

Interests of friends

Provides access to the user's friend list of interests.

Sending notifications

Allows the app to send notifications.

Read advertisements

Allows you to extract ad reporting information for ad accounts owned or granted access by the ad account owner(s) using this permission. It also provides access to the Server-Side API to allow advertisers to send web events from their servers directly to Facebook.

Read content posted by the Page

It allows you to read content (posts, photos, videos, events) posted by your Page, read follower data (including name, PSID) and profile picture, and read metadata and other insights about your Page.

Read statistical data

Allows you to read statistical data for the Pages, apps and web domains owned by a User.

Links

Provides access to the User's Facebook profile URL.

Linguistic localization of the User of the Page

Allows access to the User's language via the Linked Page.

Tagged places

Provides access to places where a User has been tagged in photos, videos, statuses and links.

I like

Provides access to the list of all pages that the User has liked.

Geographical location of the User

It allows you to see the name of the city shown in the field relating to the place in the User's Facebook profile.

Publish videos

Allows live video to be posted to the User's timeline.

Publication of checkins

Allows the app to check in for the User.

Publish app activity

Allows the app to publish to the Open Graph using Built-in Actions, Achievements, Scores, Custom Actions. The application can also post other activities, which are detailed in Facebook's posting permissions document.

Publication on the bulletin board

It allows this app to post content, comments and 'Likes' on the User's wall and on that of his friends.

Sex

Provides access to the gender of the User.

Website

Provides access to the User's website.

Tracking Tools

Tracker means any technology - e.g. Cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags and fingerprinting - which allows tracking Users, for example by collecting or saving information on the User's device.
